I only just got home from school (where I managed to rack up 300 words during class), so NaNoWriMo begins for me... now.

Go go go! Haha I love what you said on your comment about it being an endurance sport. That's an awesome way to look at it. I'll probably participate next year, just because. Good luck!!

I totally think of it as a sport... it's not so much the result that matters, what I think is most important is teaching yourself to work every day, and if you like the novel that results - even better! If not, you can definitely apply what you learned to your next writing project.
